I have a great deal of respect for individuals who enter therapy and engage in the process of healing, growing and changing in order to reach their goals. I personally know how challenging it is to take the risk of letting go of old ways of doing things to make room for what you want to bring into your life. As a therapist, I will support you while challenging you to use your strengths to move towards your goals. I enjoy reflecting back to folks their strengths and the creativity and ingenuity they have used in getting through previous challenges. I also help clients examine how new situations that may require new approaches.

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience working with adults, children and families. I see therapy as a journey and over the years it has been a privilege to walk next to individuals and families as they face and move past often painful challenges.

My experience and training has lead me to choose theories and techniques that acknowledge each person’s self-determination, intelligence and strength. My priority is to create an open, non-judgmental environment where individuals and families can try new ways of being and find what works best for them.
