Group is the place where you learn more about why you are unable to get the relationships you want and give you an opportunity to do things differently. You can take these new experiences into your life to improve connections with partners, friends and family. Group is as challenging as it is transformative and I will support you through the process.

I co-facilitate ongoing mixed gender psychotherapy groups with Fox Vernon, PhD. Folks in the group are often working on feeling more connected in relationships, working through challenging life transitions or experiences, and finding ways to live a happier, more fulfilling life.
