How long does therapy last?
Throughout therapy I work with each client to monitor how quickly or slowly they are moving towards reaching their goals. I help folks move at a pace that is not too fast to give them adequate time and space to work through issues and challenges while keeping up the momentum moving forward.
Therapy is a process.
I usually meet with clients once a week for 45 minutes. During our first several meetings we will talk about the areas that you want to address in your life and look at ways you can start moving towards your goals.
I do a lot of listening during sessions and provide my honest feedback and support. I will share information that may help you reach your goals and give you an opportunity to try out new skills, so that you can see what works best for you.
